To operate this website and receive form submissions, I rely on the following service providers:

  • WordPress website platform

  • WPForms form plugin (submissions may be stored in the WordPress database depending on my WPForms settings)

  • Hostinger hosting provider (site and database hosting)

  • Email provider (receives form submission notifications)

Where and how long I store your information (retention)

Form submissions are received by email and may be stored:

  • In my email inbox/archive, and/or

  • On my personal computer (if I download or export submissions)

I keep submissions only as long as needed to contact you about the project and coordinate next steps, and then I delete or anonymize them.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards to protect information (for example, limited access, strong passwords, and software updates). However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices and requests

  • Request access to or correction of your information

  • Request deletion of your submission (I will delete it unless I must keep it for legal reasons)

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for university students and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If I learn I have collected such information, I will delete it.
